Why are the angels referred to as Elohim? I thought that was another name for God. Great book. Thanks for putting in that part in the front explaining that it is just fiction and don't take it as truth. Not for me, but others who might try and put down the book because of that. I thought that was really awesome.

It was a creative decision to refer to angels as a species of creation in this fashion. I wanted to get away from what people were typically accustomed to.

Thanks for the compliment about what I wrote in the forward. Yeah despite the fact the book is fiction, I thought it prudent to emphasize that it is just a story with a Christian worldview, and not to make it more than what it is.

In polytheistic cultures, evil is explained by gods fighting among themselves~evil was just collateral damage. Monotheism invented Satan to explain evil . Carl Sagan had a problem with any God who gave us a brain and forbade us to use it, or even put restriction on how we could use it, such as to doubt God's existence? Apparently, Satan had free will, and God had a bit of a problem with that? Hence, this book
