I didn't think of it that way either. Other works of Sci-fi tend to explore just one parallel universe. That is why the plethora of Jasons confused me.
Another interesting thought is that the actual quantum mechanics hypothesis that predicts the many worlds, requires that a new universe is created at every measurement event. This isn't just getting kidnapped, it is every time two particles interact. So a new universe would be created based on molecules interacting in your body, or every photon of light hitting you. This is many, many trillions per second. So the number of Jason's would be near so ridiculously high that made it back (perhaps infinite??) rather than just dozens. I think you may need to always suspend belief around this point with many worlds fiction.

Our Jason found one door that led him back to Daniela, but there are numerous others, so this fight between the Jasons is taking place in a number of other worlds as well, just without "our" Jason.
