I noticed that too. My conspiritor mind thinks she was trying to make him sound more like the cover model incase theres a movie or something.

On chapter 10 In Silence, when Patch drove Nora to the back roads. Nora notices that his skin is darker than hers, and earlier on chapter 9 I think, she describes him as tall and lean, and we all know he has dark hair and eyes :) I guess Becca described him, being white but with a tan, and if his European he's probably Italian or Spanish, with a name like Patch Cipriano :) but in Hush, Hush, it did start off in France. He is a Fallen Angel, so I guess he doesn't have a nationality. But it never really say that he's white though.
Hey where was it that u read that he was white or pale, cuz I always though he was white just with a tan, sometimes I did forget he was tanned .
