No. It said in the plot description that he "awakes" after his death so I'm assuming he's in the underworld and therefore, sadly, is dead. Plus the Order wouldn't be brought back if he wasn't dead. So I'm assuming his soul/spirit is in the underworld and looking for ways to return to the mortal world again.
