I have read some BebeMoore Campbell books and am looking forward to reading Your Blues Ain't Like Mine which I have here to read. I have also enjoyed books by Carl Weber, Venise Berry, Kimberla Lawson Roby who writes the series about Curtis Black as well as some stand-alone books, all modern black authors.
