Well, Meggie obviously would choose Mo over any of them, right? He's her father, a family member that she loves. Isn't that how Farid views Dustfinger? So she can grieve over Mo when he's dead, but Farid can't? I don't really hate anyone, but Farid was the better choice. Plus, Doria was just a third wheel that appeared out of nowhere. He's the cliche 'kind-no-flaws' boy, which is getting old. Farid has his flaws, but he just cares for the people he loves. End of discussion.
