I'm pretty sure she just meant that her and Phillip hadn't slept together yet. I'm fairly positive she slept with Matt during their short relationship, after the first Phrat party she went to.
That's what she meant. Her and Phillip had never slept together. Her first time was with Matt, whom she had a 4 month relationship with, but whom she dated from Sept-Jan.
