Sort of like the reverse of heroin then? Does it circle back into your brain after bypassing it for the veins or not? A very McCarthyesque metaphor, Norman. Sounds good (kind of) but when you think about it for more than a couple of seconds, it doesn't really make any sense or create any sustained image in the readers' mind. LOL.
no image in the reader's mind intended...i read it with my brain, of course, yet it doesn't stick there because there's something uncannily pure and truthful about the words and I feel it in my veins.
