I read Scarlet Odyssey a couple of years ago, I'm a big fan of your work!
I have a 30k Adult Fantasy novella which I would love to have your feedback on:
Based on the Spanish Maroons of 17th Century Jamaica, the story follows Soraya-Nyarai, a runaway slave turned treacherous slave-catcher.
Soraya-Nyarai hates the priests who invaded her island and enslaved her people to be sacrificed as vessels for their gods. She used to believe in heroes who would save them from their fate, heroes like The First Runaway; but not anymore. She doesn't even want to be a hero herself. All she wants is a place to call home, a freetown for her new family of runaway slaves and her long-time companion, the half-god, Ybarra. So when she finds that her latest runaway capture, an apparently normal teenage girl, has the biggest bounty on her head that she has ever seen before, she'll do anything to claim the reward. She doesn't care why the priests are so desperate to get the teenager back. She doesn't care if it's starting to seem like The First Runaway may be more than a fairy-tale after all. And she doesn't care that it seems like everyone, even the loyal Ybarra, is trying to stand in her way. Whether it is by violence, by magic, or by sacrifice, she will do whatever she has to do to make sure the freetown that she has seen in her visions becomes a reality.
Please do let me know if you're interested. Thanks! :)

Synopsis: A polished, 80k-word thriller noir set in postmodern San Francisco. The story follows Grayson, a disgraced former investigative reporter, who becomes entangled in a dark conspiracy involving a revolutionary memory-capture device called ClairIQ. Grayson's journey takes him through a web of danger, addiction, and moral dilemmas as he tries to thwart the nefarious plans of the device's creator.
