How long do you have.. I could speak about many of the tips, but to be honest, the one that hit me the most was just getting outside and going for a walk and getting my steps in. Like you, I need to get outside and get some fresh air to get a burst of energy! And the parts about even just changing my glasses from one pair to another to sort of switch off for the evening and move from work mode into relaxation mode for the evening. I would honestly re-read it every few months just because I loved it!
