I honestly don't think AI would make that many grammatical mistakes, even if it did write weird stuff. The author has an Instagram account with a pretty good following and lots of great character art. And this book has been recommended in a Facebook dark fantasy group as, and I quote: 'Like Game of Thrones but better.' That's why I picked it up.

A strong reaction is a good thing, be it negative or positive… and your review made me giggle! It’s always good to remember how subjective art is. I appreciate you giving it a try, no book will be everyone’s cup of tea!
Definitely seems like it wasn't your preference. Which is great! Be honest! Though I do think that your reaction to the word 'cunt' is a bit harsh. It maybe offensive to you and that's fair. However, I think the author has every right to use whatever term best fits a very smutty dark scene.
