Debbie Levitt Thanks, Jose. I tell them as delicately as I think they need to hear it. That varies. Some C-suite have asked me to pull no punches. Some have suggested more honey than vinegar. I play to my audience.

The system is already destroying itself. I'm just pointing at it. And the book does propose alternative solutions. It's all of part 4 of the book. :)
