my author profile is assigned to a different author with the same name > Likes and Comments

I requested to be asaigned an author profile and had an email saying i had been successful. When i click on the link in the email to edit and add to my profile , I see that you have linked me somehow to another sarah harrisons author profile and all her books are listed. I have the option to edit this profile but it isnt my profile! My ISBN 978-1-3999-7893-4 and I have only the one book published. These difficulties are very annoying and I dont know what to do now.
