Just FYI, as a verified author you can add new books without needing a Librarian. Follow steps #1-4 on this page:

One more note: the paperback edition in the database is an invalid "proof" copy auto-imported from Amazon. You can tell because the cover image has a gray bar saying "Not for resale" across the middle. Additionally, it's missing an ISBN. I went ahead and deleted this edition. You can re-add it with the correct information and cover.
