My book club ladies are wanting to change it up! We are looking for a spicy read that isn't cheesy and may be a slow burn? Whatchu got?

I just read On The Line by Naomi Loud. It's a line cook romance. lol, it had incredible spice. it does deal with SA, so idk if that would be fitting for bookclub or not, but I loved it.
Christmas in Coconut Creek by Karissa Kinword. The banter between the main characters made it a fun read. The spice was great in it too!

Beach Read by Emily Henry. It has humor and tension and a little spice but doesn't sacrifice the plot for it.
The filthy rich vampire series by Geneva Lee. Only the first two books are out. And simply reading the first one, you’ll have plenty to talk about.

I mean cmon their first date was at an orgy (accidental) but it was so possessive and spicy. It was like an edging book. Beautifully written and awesome story.
I’m reading Elizabeth O’Roark ‘The Grumpy Devils’ series at the moment and I’m onto the 3rd book and loving them. They’re a slow burn but you get all the feels. They’re funny, angsty and thoroughly addictive.
