merge two editions into one > Likes and Comments

Hi,
I need help, please, with merging two editions (two different covers) of the same book. Some readers are posting in the new one, while some are posting in the old one.

I actually have this issue with two of my books. I don't know how to resolve this issue when, as an author, we release temporary covers, etc.

The books I need help with are:

Make Him = ASIN = B0CP31J1LJ

Holiday For Six = ASIN = B0CGRXNJD4

The current covers (on Amazon) are correct.

I don't mind both covers on the listing/GoodReads page. I just would like to combine and consolidate the reviews so readers aren't confused.

Also, I'd love to know how to avoid this in the future. I know I'm not the only author who posts temporary covers, etc.

We can't merge different editions (for Goodreads to merge is a way of deleting duplicates) but I have combined different editions so they are all shown as the same book.
