I'm hoping someone has seen this so that it can be updated. Please let me know if the issue can be resolved.

The bot uploaded the placeholder from Amazon but can't change it when the actual cover is added to Amazon. It can only be done by a librarian since it involves deleting the placeholder. Authors don't have the ability to delete covers; they can only add a cover if one isn't already present.
This book should be on my author profile instead. Also, I'm not sure why the cover is still blurred. You can see on Amazon that the cover is there already. Please advise.
