Update Books & Author Name & Remove from under another authors page > Likes and Comments

I have republished my books under my name and all previous editions are no longer available, Please add my book 979-8-8692-0620-6 (Things I Wish I Knew) and 979-8-8692-0011-2 (Perfectly Imperfectly A Mess) to my list and remove the old versions that are no longer in print. These were previously published under K.M. Brady and I republished under Kate Brady. Lovie's Lap is my book as well and is published under Kate Brady. I would like my Author name to change from K.M. Brady to Kate Brady also. Currently, my Kate Brady books have been associated with another Kate Brady and they are not hers.

Hello, Goodreads does not remove out-of-print editions. I moved the books under Katy Brady to your profile for that name which you can find here https://www.goodreads.com/author/show... you can claim that profile if you wish with a new user account by clicking the 'Is this you? Let us know.' link and filling out the author application form. Editions were combined per policy, the books originally published under K.M. Brady should have it as primary author. I am not seeing these options you are talking about. I don’t see how to claim a profile for Kate Brady. My current profile is under K.M. Brady, so I would need to create a whole new profile? I also don’t have an option to set the edition as a default as described.

Go to the book you want to set as default edition, click on "Edit book details", it should redirect you to the edit book page, there look on the right rail below the cover you'll see some links, it says 'set this book as the primary edition for this work'. Click on that.
