Louise This sounds right up my alley - but I too would be "lost" without some maps at the very least. I just put a hold on it at my library (it's on order) and I'll be curious to see if there are any maps or photos in the final copy.

Louise Just got my hands on a hardover copy from my library. There are indeed a couple of maps and some photos!

John Keahey An Advance Reader Copy typically does not contain maps or photos. The published hardback edition does, plus Bibliography and Index. Thanks for your thoughts.
