Lmao “actually” used twice in one sentence- me if I ever get to write a book
This is an excerpt from the book, and this is the one that really made me notice how often it was being used lol.
"I hadn’t noticed how long I had just been driving around, or how long I had actually stayed at the vacant lot. The sun was actually now setting, reminding me that I should actually head back to Kate’s."
Like there was a use for it probably in the first sentence but after that... idk lol
Thanks so much for this feedback Stacy. You are correct that I used the word actually way too many times in that sentence! I will be releasing a revised version in the near future and will be certain to address this issue.
