Covers for UK editions > Likes and Comments

I am an author writing as Caroiine Castle. I was also the publisher of Hutchinson Children's up to 2005. Can I add covers to our editions two of the books I published - The Island on Bird Street by Uri Orlev & Daniel & Esther by Patrick Raymond and how? I was told to post in this section.
