Book three attached to a different author? > Likes and Comments

Book 1 and 2 of the Akynd Chronicles (The Hero's Recusants and The Wizard's Requiem) are showing correctly on my author page, but the third book (The Child's Redemption) was not. So I went to add it as per normal, and it pointed out that the book already existed, and it is linked to another author "Daniel Lehman" who has a book about Akido as well. I did not write the Akido book, but I did write The Child's Redemption.

Please let me know if you need any more information. Thank you for any help you can provide with this.
