Hello fellow dog lovers! Would you like to help dogs as well as stuff your stockings this holiday season? I am happy to announce the release of my second book of German Shepherd short stories, “Ranger’s First Call.” The stories encompass different genres, interspersed with vignettes of German Shepherds I have known. As with my previous book, “Bonds of Affection”, all proceeds go to German Shepherd rescues and K-9 support organizations. If German Shepherds aren’t your breed, you are welcome to imagine your favorite furry companion in the starring roles instead. And if you would prefer to support a different breed rescue, just let me know!

As mentioned, all proceeds from my book "Ranger's First Call" go to German Shepherd rescues and K-9 support groups. There are many, many wonderful dogs in shelters needing homes. My wife and I are committed to rescues... my current German Shepherd, Baltasar, is a rescue and my wife just adopted a Chihuahua from the local Humane Society. The two of them make quite a pair! If you are looking for a canine companion please consider rescuing a dog from a shelter.
