My book is credited to different author with exact same name > Likes and Comments

I have just posted about this but I do not see where it is so I am posting again. I would like to request that the above book be added to my author dashboard. Each time I upload a new book it goes to another author by the same name. Could someone please help in getting this book fixed? Thank you.

I'm having the same issue. How do we fix this?
