Hey, I don't usually comment on reviews but I saw yours and just wanted to comment that yes, Nhi is autistic (it's in a universe which doesn't yet have a concept of autism). And thank you so much; I'm glad you enjoyed it.
I just finished the book and ran to GoodReads hoping to find this!! I'm also an autistic queer woman and did a big ugly cry at feeling so seen.
