"Under The Lake" by Stuart Woods (unfortunately his only thriller with lots of atmosphere, didn't care for his others).
Iron Lake by William Kent Krueger was pretty good. It's the first book in his Cork O'Connor Series or maybe book two Boundary Waters might be better.

Sorry. This book absolutely does not meet the criteria by any stretch.
Samantha wrote: "He Started It by Samantha Downing"I'm not sure about this one, actually. I can't find any descriptions that place water locations in the forefront of this story.
Although Stephen King's "You Like It Darker" is a short-story collection, the tales are intriguing and twisted, the voices powerful, and the writing so smooth it almost makes me weep.

Thanks, but part of the rules are that authors can't nominate their own books.
Kimberly wrote: "Ordinary Grace by William Kent Krueger"We have two books by this author already nominated, so maybe you can save that one for another nomination time. Thanks, though.

As always, please do NOT nominate your own book, and
If you nominate a book and it wins the poll, you will become the discussion leader. If you don't want to do that, don't nominate a book.
Have fun with the nominations.
