Beth This thread is for CFD group authors to offer titles for review to members of CFD. :)

This probably goes without saying, but please refrain from posting any titles that are not considering to be Christian fiction and clean reads.

This is the ONLY thread that is appropriate for authors to offer up a title for review - please do not post in other threads or create a whole new thread to offer your book. Thank you for understanding!

Thank you, Beth, for starting this thread.

I have released a new Christian Fiction book, titled-The One. It deals with Artificial Intelligence and the near future Singularity Event, which thousands of scientists, engineers, and researchers have stated, and warned, is going to happen around the year 2030.

In December 2018, Google CEO, Sundar Pichai, stated that Artificial Intelligence could be more profound for human society than electricity or fire. Stephen Hawking said, “The development of full artificial intelligence could spell the end of the human race.” Elon Musk said, “AI is the biggest risk we face as a civilization.” Neuroscientist Sam Harris said, “We have to admit that we’re in the process of building some sort of a god. Now would be a good time to make sure it is a god we can live with.”

God could have created robots, but instead, He created humans. Humans that have emotions, empathize, express fear, pain, and sorrow. The One pulls from events of today and asks questions of why is evil in the world, and what makes us different, and is there really a God? These questions are asked and tested by Amish and English (English is a term for those that are not Amish).

The One, includes segments from over twenty inspiration Christian songs. Some of these songs have gratis-permission use for this book and audiobook, such as Dennis Spiegel’s and Bruce Broughton’s, 2013 Academy Nominated song, “Alone Yet Not Alone.” Other songs are public domain or are licensed from Capitol CMG Publishing, for this audiobook.

The audiobook, with narration, singing, instrumental music, and sound effects, should be released this month. It was sent to ACX for their review and approval.

In addition to this book encouraging people through their heart-aches, it will encourage them to think about what our near future will be with the rise of Artificial General Intelligence.

The One by RD Palmer
Thank you again, Beth.

Brian Delaney Hi all, I’m requesting pre-release reviews in exchange for a free ARC ebook (ePub format). The book is releasing on April 16th.

In Mysterious Ways - a Christian mystery.

Description:

Melissa and Jon have struggled with infertility for years. The straining experience is cracking the foundation of their marriage. To add fuel to the already out-of-control fire, Melissa’s painful and unhealed past comes knocking at her door.

One day, amid a torrential emotional downpour, Melissa enters a bookstore to seek refuge from the storms that pummel her life. Unbeknownst to her, God has just placed His hand on her life to set her on the most peculiar course. She finds what she thinks is an out-of-place, antique book. In the book she learns of a little boy who is living a life of abuse. The book transports her into itself – as if she were experiencing the story firsthand. Had she fallen asleep and her mind invented an abused child in need of her rescue? No, it wasn’t a dream – she can see the words written on the paper right here on her lap. But whenever she reads the book, it’s as if she is taken into a surreal dream world. Her heart is drawn to the boy and the book. She can’t get enough of this mysterious story. But is what she’s experiencing merely a heart-wrenching story? Or, is there something more to what she is seeing in the odd book?

Melissa must dig deeper into this story that seems to blur the lines of fiction and reality to investigate whether or not she needs to rescue this abused boy...and she may very well be putting her own freedom and sanity on the line to do so.

R.A. Danny Hello everyone,
I am requesting a review for the first book in my book series - The Perfection in Love. It is a Christian Romantic fiction about a newly-married inter-cultural couple who discover what it means to truly love like Jesus loved.

Here's a synopsis:
Nigerian-American Oyin Wilson (née Johnson) and Scottish-American Henry Wilson have been married for a year now.
Tensions begin to flair when Oyin's parents, who would rather she be married to a "good boy from a good home who was third in line for the throne of Oba of Lagos," decide to come visit.
Feeling outnumbered, Henry invites his childhood best friend, Olive to come visit as well. Oyin is furious when she learns that Olive is coming to visit because Oyin is convinced that Olive is in love with Henry. Henry, of course, does not believe it.
Resentment begin to build on both sides as they deal with somewhat unwanted house guests. Is Oyin and Henry's love perfect enough to withstand these tests?

Please let me know if you are interested (it is free).
Here is the link to the book on Kindle (currently free): https://www.amazon.com/gp/product/B07...

Thanks so much! God bless :)

Nadine Keels Hello, all!

I'm seeking reviews for my new release, Reviving the Commander. It's a spin-off from the Movement of Crowns trilogy, but it can stand alone whether or not you've read the previous series. The book will appeal most to fans of historical fiction, romance, and fictional worlds. Reviews on Goodreads and Amazon (and your blog, if you have one) would be much appreciated!

Please reply or inbox me if you're interested in receiving a review copy. Let me know which ebook format works for you (MOBI, EPUB, or PDF) and where I should email it. While quick reviews would be helpful, a review within 30 days would also be great. Thank you!

BLURB

She isn't a beautiful young maiden hoping to erase the Commander's memory.

Opal Whilstead knows she has a reputation: a reputation as a bright, giving, upright woman—smiling and laughing her way through hopeless spinsterhood. It's been so long since she's had serious feelings for a man, but now she finds herself taken with the Commander Exemplar of Diachona's army.

And she regrets it.

Not only is the Exemplar a widower still longing for his wife, but he's the father of the reigning king. Even if a man of such prestige could find love again, he'd be unlikely to search for it among the kingdom's old maids. Besides, Opal dreads being found, due to a grievous secret she carries...

Marlundra Harris Hi everyone,

Hope all is well. I am currently seeking reviewers for my very first newly released book "Draw Closer To Him". It's a novel about two individuals who experienced horrendous things in their childhood, which left them questioning God. But once the brother of one character goes missing, their search for him uncovers some troubling secrets, betrayals, and experiences only nightmares are made of.

Starting Monday (June 24th) until Wednesday, the ebook can be downloaded from Amazon for free; however, if you would like to review it after then, shoot me a message and I will send it to you. Thank you.

Here's a synopsis:
A convicted murderer. A caring family. Under one roof.

Rick Powell’s relentless dedication to succeed serves him well. He expects the same results when he gets sucked into the family business.

He’s wrong.

Things implode, and the bank wants its money back. Generations of hard-work look to be lost forever.

Out of options, Rick and his wife accept an inmate into their home to gain some quick cash….and provide a second chance.

At first, it appears to be a stroke of genius, but incarcerated felons are unpredictable. Nothing goes as planned.

Will granting an inmate a second chance be a deadly mistake?

A cryptic message about a tunnel points to the property’s original owner, a notorious Prohibition-era sea captain rumoured to have left hidden wealth. Contraband, treasure, evidence of things better left buried…

How far will Anna’s enemy go to claim the tunnel and its contents? Protecting Anna will require courage and faith as Landon battles the locals’ attitudes and the scars of her past. Hello, I'm hoping to gain some reviews (particularly on Amazon) for my new contemporary Christian romance novel, The Butterfly Recluse, once it's released in August. If you're interested, please post below or message me with your email address and your file preference. ARCs are available as PDF, MOBI, or EPUB.

Learning to love is like learning to fly . . .

Lila finds solace in her sheltered world by raising butterflies and surrounding herself with their gentle beauty. They’re all she needs—until a motorcycle-riding stranger roars up her driveway, invading her safe haven, throwing her life off-kilter, and forcing her to question everything. What exactly is he after, and what is he not telling her?

In one intense night of desperation and revelation, Lila must confront her darkest fears—and hopefully discover that with faith and courage, shattered dreams can be restored, damaged hearts can love again, and broken wings can heal . . . maybe even fly.

A clean, inspirational, sweet summer romance!

Kate Roux I would love some reviews for Teacher, Teacher! Teacher, Teacher It is set in a high school but the protagonists are the teachers, not the kids.
Here's the blurb:

High school Biology teacher Jack is getting a little tired of his colleagues teasing him about how perfect he and fellow teacher Amy would be for each other. She’s nice, sure, but for two people to get together mostly because they are both tall is just plain dumb. But when Jack and Amy are given a job to do together, it turns out that they have more in common than he thought.
Amy knows she’s naïve, so perhaps volunteering to tutor Shakespeare and English grammar to the troubled teens of the gang-infested Cape Flats is just what she needs to grow up a bit and get the hang of this adulting thing. Besides, she could do with something to distract her from the dark-haired guy on a motorbike, who takes up more of her thoughts than she knows he should.

Join Jack and Amy through a year in the life of Thornhill High, on a journey of friendship and faith, conviction and opposition, romance, hopelessness and heart-breaking tragedy in this uniquely Capetonian story.

Seeing I am in South Africa it's hard to send paperbacks, but I am happy to send reviewers a free e-pub. Did you know you can send a Word doc to your kindle or kindle app and it will automatically convert it into a beautifully formatted e-book? Happy to do that in return for an honest review!

I'd also love reviews for my previous book, Alex on the Edge. This one is more a YA book and it free to download from Nook, Apple and free-ebooks.net.

Mary Findley Thank you for this opportunity. My husband and I publish as Findley Family Video Publications. Our books are all distinctively from a worldview of believers in the God of the Bible. It's been a long time since I posted on Goodreads, but I keep seeing that it is such a massive online community that I decided it was time to come back. Reviews are always appreciated, but I'm hoping for some real life word of mouth help with our books. We have 75 titles now and really desire to extend our reach.

Mapped Out Murders features Sarah Groben, an LAPD homicide detective and a pastor's wife. She has six murders she hopes to solve by Sunday, but when former Muslims are being targeted for converting to Christianity in the United States, persecution comes home. Hannah Linder Seeking reviews for my newest release, “Angel Gate”!

Contemporary | Christian Fiction | Romantic Suspense

Angel Gate by Willowy Whisper

Would the penalty for his questions—and his love—be lethal?

He’s got it all—looks, charisma, the compelling grin—everything Hollywood could ever ask for. Cass Remmlone is finally living his dreams. Maybe he’s not like he used to be. Maybe he doesn’t call home anymore, doesn’t read his Bible, doesn’t darken the doors of a church. But he’s having fun—and he’s having it with his best friend, Eddie Barlow.

Cass should have known God wouldn’t shut His eyes forever. Chastisement slams so fast Cass hardly knows what’s happening. Eddie is lying on the pavement, paramedics hunkering over him, even as his face goes slack. He whispers one name: Madeline.

Drowning in the horrors of his grief, Cass climbs into his convertible and drives away, leaving behind a career he spent most of his life pursuing. With nothing more than a letter and a name to go on, Cass finds himself in a town called Angel Gate, West Virginia, where he hopes to uncover more about the woman named Madeline. It is mere providence that leads him to the rundown farm, where he catches his first sight of Audrey Wade. If he thought she was beautiful before, the fact that she wants nothing to do with him only increases his attraction. But are his efforts even fruitful? Or is he wasting his time?

The longer he spends in Angel Gate, the more he begins to sense something sinister. A child is in danger, yet no one seems to notice. And who is Madeline? Why does the town go hush at the sound of her name? The closer he comes to the answers, the deeper he sinks into a nightmare.

Cass Remmlone can star in a movie…but can he rescue a child, win Audrey’s heart, and uncover a grisly truth? Or will he die trying?

BLURBS

Reviving the Commander

First in the Crowns Legacy series.

Embracing the Outcast

Book Two in the Crowns Legacy series.

They can only experience beauty if they dare to behold it...

Now that Princess Eunice of Diachona has come of age, she has much more to study, and a new weight sits on her compassionate shoulders. Her late mother was an admirable ruler, but Eunice can hardly see herself thriving in the political arena. In fact, she doesn't think many people see her at all, especially not would-be suitors who often bypass quiet Eunice to pursue ladies they find more attractive.

So when Eunice meets a serious, gifted artist who expresses his desire for her company, she isn't sure if his interest in her is romantic or simply artistic. And why does this young man seem to be as saddened by Eunice as he is drawn to her?

It may also be time for some of Chantelle's own words about love to come back to bite her.

Does he help? Well, it depends on how you look at it.
In this surprise-ending-novelette, nothing you will imagine happens, happens.
Is that good or bad? That's the big question!

This is book 3 of an 8-surprise-ending-novelette series, FOREVER BRIDE IN 21 QUESTIONS.

I can email the manuscript in pdf if you'll respond with your email.

Thank you in advance for helping. I'm very appreciative.

Sheila Holmes Hi, everyone!

I live in the semi-country, surrounded by forests that often blank out the rest of the world. During the shelter-in-place, I met a little girl whose family just recently moved in across the way in the forest. What transpired on her part is sooo sweet, and I decided to respond by writing the TRUE account.

So, I would love to have reviews on it.

It's a short read (35 pages). And, knowing it's a TRUE account, will hopefully prompt some review offers.

I will email a pdf manuscript to you if you'd just give me your email address.

Beverly Allie Where the Monarchs Dance by Beverly Allie Greetings!

Would anyone be interested in reviewing my newly released novel? 'Where the Monarchs Dance' is a clean/wholesome/sweet romance underpinned by Christian content and themes.

I'd like to get some reviews posted on both Amazon and GoodReads. An e-file is easiest for me to provide (PDF, MOBI, EPUB), but I am happy to send a paperback if you prefer to read a physical copy.

BLURB: The old castle she inherited is said to have been abandoned for more than fifty years. Intending to put it up for sale, Maura finds her way to the Blue Ridge Mountain estate—only to learn it’s been inhabited by squatters for nearly two decades. In an act of spite stemming from a century-long feud with her ancestors, the wealthy MacKennas have made it both home and political citadel.

Patrick MacKenna, the handsome young son of the recently deceased family matriarch, is now sitting ‘lord’ of the castle. And in only six weeks, state adverse possession laws will allow him to claim it for his own. Following her attorney’s advice, Maura begins the eviction process but encounters another snag: Patrick has the local officials in his back pocket.

Keeping hidden that she is the deeded owner, Maura takes a job restoring an overgrown butterfly garden on the castle grounds. Patrick’s surprisingly principled and winsome ways lead to friendship, and it’s not long before the garden isn’t the only thing blossoming. As their feelings for one another grow, Maura is terrified to disclose her identity, fearing she’ll lose him as well as her inheritance. Can she find the courage to take off the mask before he discovers her secret?

Joan Hi Beverly,
I'd be willing to read and review, here and on commercial sites. I've got a pretty full review schedule so it may be a couple of weeks. I would prefer a mobi sent to jnienhuis328@gmail.com where we can continue the conversation. You can see my review blog at www.bookwomanjoan.blogspot.com.

Yaakov Lui-Hyden Shaerlyn: Guardian of Eden Book 1 Angels of Zion saga

Hi everyone, I am new to all of this. I have been writing since I was 12 and this book series I began in 2007 (13 years ago!)

Somehow, turning 45, lockdown or by the grace of God I finished two books in the last few months. This is the person who bought an ebook on how to stop procrastinating with your writing-that was 3 years ago and I still haven't read it!

I did everything wrong with my book launches and wasted a lot of money with the catch 22 of you need reviews to market your book, you need to market your book to get reviews.

Then I discovered you guys, actually goodreads in general.

I desperately need reviews on my Shaerlyn- Guardian of Eden ( part 1 of Angels of Zion series).

It's a story of an Angel who once guarded Eden and has seen most of human history. 200 years ago, after the Napoleonic wars, she left Earth to lead a hermit like existence. Now she has been called back to serve her King with a visit from Michael. She needs to travel to Australia and protect a baby boy.

This book has the full cast of the Angelic host, flaming swords, lots of battles, flashbacks througout history to various historical and biblical events. It's a story of self-doubt to faith in a power greater than onself, rediscovery of empathy and is a fast paced and action filled yarn.

I only worked out yesterday how to send free files- I am a newb! I need reviews especially on amazon.com but also amazon.ca, amazon.co.uk and amazon.com.au. Also Kobo. And of course on goodreads.

I would love honest reviews and those who assist I can send my second in the series prior to publication as a way of thanks( due out in October)

So let me know how to reach you and the format of the book you require.

Thank you so, so much.

-Yaakov
