Kimberly I was a public educator and administrator for 30 years and I used these diagrams to analyze, organize, support and encourage my students and then my staff. I found them to be so insightful and helpful as I attempted to guide, teach and learn from these groups. I was a reading and writing teacher and I introduced them to my students to deepen their understanding of their characters and their actions in their short stories. Even the weakest of writers improved when they better understood their characters and allowed them to act and react to the events in the stories. I encouraged my staff to use them in their own teaching and I used them to reflect on how teams were assigned across the grade levels...funny, I never used them to reflect on my own standing in the groups of my life. Oversight or intentional?

I so enjoy your posts...Kim
