Unable to upload paperback preorder to Amazon > Likes and Comments

Hi,
Amazon has advised me that I am unable to create a preorder for a paper back version of my book, 'Dancing in the Dark' by Jer'tarme since I have used it's isbn (9780645704211) to create a good reads page for it, in order for my readers to leave reviews.

I need some help in over riding this or deleting the book temporarily in order to be able to create pre orders for my paper back version, that is releasing September 2nd 2024.

I also need to update the cover displayed on good reads to a more recent version.

Any help would be greatly appreciated! Cheers

That ISBN is in the system as an e-book. Should it be paperback?

I don't know why the presence of a book on GR should have anything to do with selling on Amazon. When I go to its Amazon page, the pre-order button is available. You will have to contact support to discuss this. Librarians cannot remove valid book records.
