I wake up at 5:30 just so I can start work at 6:30. And then I get off work at 2:30.
I prefer to have the rest of my day free of work.

I start waking up at 4:45, but I don't usually make it out of bed until around 5:15.
It depends on when my kiddo wakes up for the day. 🤷🏻♀️
Fall asleep a bit before 4:30 and you’ll have the valid point :P
I think you’re getting enough sleep, but if you feel tired just try to fall asleep at 9
I’m gonna be honest most nights a fall asleep like that too or around midnight because I’m up thinking about the most random things ever 😭
The crying yourself to sleep is so relatable
Either I’m dying laughing at something funny or it’s depressing thoughts kicking in
