I have this thing... a decoration I guess you would call it, that I absolutely had to have. We go to a lot of art/craft shows and that's where I saw it, years and years ago. I was able to walk away, but as we were set up there with a booth, I had all day to walk past it again as it continued to call to me. It's not my style or design aesthetic, it's not finely crafted by Tiffany or such. (It is in a color I like.) By the end of the day, I had bought it and brought it home with me. It sat in a drawer or cupboard for years before I found it again and it was hung up. I don't often look at it, but the fact that it's there I guess is enough.
