I just read Love Redesigned by Lauren Asher, it’s not a sports romance but the banter between the two main characters is top tier and the chemistry was everything

I honestly love 'You Deserve Each Other' when it comes to the banter, I've read a ton of banter-filled books and this beats them all with its humor. 'From Lukov With Love' has great tension and banter too!
I agree with Powerless. I recommend Egomaniac by Vi Keeland, Christmas in Coconut Creek by Karissa Kinword and IOU by Kristy Marie. I enjoyed the banter and humor in all 4 books.
Forrester’s Folly is an awesome sweet love story. Not a love story you’ve ever read. If you love banter, this novel will not disappoint you.
For women and men. Madcap adventure, mystery, futuristic, and comedy, Lance is a scientist, astronaut, and dreamer. Terminally ill with cancer, days before his launch in his private spacecraft to seek immortality in the stars, luck or fate has him reconnecting with his teenage dream girl, Sage Saint Charles. Once an actress, with an abysmal life, who is also dying of cancer, hears his proposal, and scoffs. This is Lance’s final persuasive argument. “Sure, we can die here on Earth. We can die in space. Or an advanced, caring, alien world can save us! Fate is the captain of our futures, not the Grim Reaper—yet!”
The only way you’ll learn their fate is to join them on this epic journey for true happiness. https://amzn.to/35CwQDa Free Kindle Unlimited Ebook just $2.99.
If you love a quirky and socially awkward MC, I would highly recommend Falling From Grace by Mel Foster
