Please add my paperback edition of Es > Likes and Comments

My book Ex is due for release on 24 September, however the book data is available already. You have added the ebook [ISBN 978-1-64890-800-2], but can I request you also add the paperback (same photo, same blurb and details).

Being an authorized GR author and member of the GR Author Program, you can add the paperback edition of your new book yourself.

I have gone through the process some time ago of adding the paperback edition of this book through my author account, but it remains invisible to see or select. I just tried again and was told it already exists - WHERE? Could you please advise why it is not showing anywhere? At present my book only has an ebook and kindle edition showing.
