Cover of Kindle edition suddenly gone? > Likes and Comments

Hi! I'm not sure what's going on with my book. Surviving Cyril Surviving Cyril has three formats - Paperback, Audio, and Kindle. As of today, the kindle cover no longer seems to exist. Also, I had 69 reviews as of yesterday and today there are only 67. I don't know if that's related or not. Thank you in advance for your help!
