Merging required for Prompted > Likes and Comments

Hi, my book, Prompted has been added to a new 'author' of AB Syed. but it should appear on my own author page: A. B. Syed.
Thanks for any help that can be offered to resolve this.

Anila Syed is the correct author for Prompted. I have added your name as secondary so that it will appear on your profile.

Because I am Anila Syed and Prompted is my book and this is my author profile on Goodreds: https://www.goodreads.com/author/show...

But, I think, an automatic profile has been accidentally created here: https://www.goodreads.com/author/show...

That means I will have 2 author profiles on Goodreads. Is that allowed?

The name is clearly visible on the book covers, so it's not fake.
If we removed that name, readers might have trouble finding the books.
Yes, you can have multiple profiles. Many authors have used different names.

But when I tried to claim it and add it to my list, it said i wasn't allowed.

The book is on your list. If you would like to claim the other author profile as well, you will need to sign out of this one, create a new account under that name, and use a different email address.
