Goodreads data leak? > Likes and Comments

I have two emails associated with Goodreads (one by mistake), and I've been getting spams and one outright disturbing email to both accounts, which said to close my Goodreads account and end all Goodreads promotions. Also threatened by daughter, the scumbags.

It seems likely that Goodreads has had a data leak. Can anyone confirm that?
