Glenn Stout Just an fyi, as I know you didnt read the print version, but the print book contains rather extensive notes, and I state very cleanly that no dialogue is invented but is taken from previously published sources. Likewise, no scenes of her family and their reactions, as you infer, are fictionalized accounts. Thanks
