Neil Jacobs Hi,

My novel, Rathcrog, is no longer associated with my author profile, Neil T. Jacobs. It is now associated with a 'phantom' profile for Neil T. Jacobs. I'm quite certain I managed to mess this up myself as jacobs is a pen name and in the process of learning I needed to create a brand new, separate profile for my real name (Michael James Preston) for a new book I have coming out, I somehow messed up Rathcrog and my Jacobs profile.

Can anyone please assist?

Thanks,

Mike/Neil

Renske Did you send a request to the staff for your author profile? As I see something I can only understand if they have just made changes.

Neil Jacobs My apologies, I'm not sure I understand. I had contacted the staff regarding if two names (in my case, a pen name and my actual name) could be associated to the same profile and was told no, so I created a separate profile for my real name (Neil is my pen name). But that's it.

Scott The book is on the correct profile. You just need to claim it.

Neil Jacobs I appreciate the response. I have a different 'Neil Jacobs' profile that was originally tied to Rathcrog when I initially claimed the novel. There is now a second, 'phantom' Neil Jacobs profile associated with Rathcrog. When I try to claim it, the following message appears:

'Sorry, you are already in the author program as Neil T Jacobs and only one author profile may be claimed at a time. For more information click here.'

The phantom profile is not mine so I'm not sure where to go from here.

Scott You need to ask support to merge the two profiles.

Neil Jacobs Ah, got it. I will open a new ticket/comment for this. Thank you for the guidance.
