Jessica Jackson Please can you assign my book to me, instead of another author with the same name, to which my books always get assigned, for unknown reasons. My book is: ASIN B0DM7X49P8. Can you also answer a question about covers? I have updated them and they don't look like a series at all anymore. Are we still unable to change them? Thank you. I've been asked for a Goodreads link for my book, so I will go onto the other author's site to see if I can find it, and will paste it at the bottom of this message.

But please can you explain the process of putting a book onto Goodreads? Where in the process do my books get assigned to the wrong author every time, as I'd like to know in order to avoid it.

Goodreads link to my book (I think this is what I've been asked for): https://www.goodreads.com/book/show/2...

Martin Somebody has moved those books to your author page.

If books are added automatically from Amazon the bot cannot distinguish between authors with the same name so it adds them to a default page for that name. If you add books yourself they will be in the correct place, if they have full ISBN and ASIN details the bot will not add duplicates.

I'm not sure what you are asking about covers, it might help if you give links and state clearly what the difficulty is.

Jessica Jackson Thanks, Martin. Good old bots, hey! I guess I'm just not quick enough to add the book before they kick in. Do you know if there's a time I need to try and aim for? I'm sure I tried early one time, and it couldn't find the book at all. Strange that they aren't capable of linking the ASIN to the correct author who is clearly there on Amazon. And it would mean you wouldn't have to deal with cranky authors like me! I found info on covers in the meantime, so I'll approach it without hassling you any further!
