OR if kindle and paperback cannot be combined, please add the kindle edition to my author dashboard, so that they both show.

There seems to be a problem with your name being formatted incorrectly, it should be J.K. Proctor. It would be best to ask support staff to correct that for you.

J Proctor So when the two editions were combined, it seems I lost today's review and rating from Mrs SJ White... Although it still shows up in the community ratings. So not lost, lost!!

Martin Not lost, but sometimes different parts of the system work at different speeds. All reviews and ratings will be on the combined page soon.
