Sarah Hi Zeb, do you give actual tools on how to heal in your book? I am on a healing/self love journey and need real life tools to help.

Zeb Lancaster Hello Sarah,
Yes, Nondual Chakra Awakening is philosophical (because I introduce a new paradigm of meditation) but the heart of the book offers very practical practices. I introduce a method of attending to our deepest injuries and awakening to the most fundamental expression of our existence (spiritual awakening), in a nurturing communion with our injuries (called "whole-being-embrace").
The book helps you identify the primary challenges of your life, and where you were interrupted in this seven-stage sequence of growth. In this way, you reveal what you need to heal in order to mature and awaken your consciousness. You discern which chakra can provide the most support for you, and learn how to tailor your contemplative practice for the most effective results.
This book combines Eastern and Western philosophy, psychology, and provides a roadmap for contemplative practice to heal injuries and awaken to our whole-self. The journey towards emotional maturity, recovery from injury, and spiritual awakening, have a direct influence on how we engage with every aspect of our life, most specifically, on our relationship with our self and others.
Sarah, I woud like to offer you an authors review copy of Nondual Chakra Awakening, if you are interested. Let me know, and if you have questions, by messaging me on my Goodreads author page.
