Debut author with new profile - but books aren't mine > Likes and Comments

Hi, I've tried finding help for this but unsure if I've done it correctly.
I've just claimed my author profile as my debut novel is releasing March 4, but it seems 80+ other titles are associate with my name. There was no real profile or author attached to these other titles, and so have been attributed to me. Is there any way we can remove them all and just leave my own novel?

There is a paperback and e-book edition, if that matters.

Hi Martin, I'm not sure what you mean by default page? When I applied for the author profile, I had to provide my name and email and website in order to confirm my identity, so my profile does seem to be truly mine. But those other titles, which were unaffiliated with a real author profile, are now attributed to me because my name matches. But they don't seem to even be real books for sale, and there is no other author profile associate with them.

Edit - I did reach out to support a few days ago and haven't heard anything yet. I've also just reached out again now per your advice.
