message 38: by Arielle (new)

Arielle Miller Not totally my genre… but just read A House in the Pines with my book club… and … we were all really disappointed with the ending.

Anyone read it?thoughts?

message 39: by Julia (new)

Julia I recommend The Naturals! It has really good mystery and a smaller romantic side plot, small enough so that if romance isn't your thing, it's easily ignorable.

I also always advocated for underrated middle grade books that fly under the radar, so I recommend the Framed! trilogy by James Ponti

Lilith The House across the lake by Riley sager.
