Unable to offer Giveaway > Likes and Comments

Any suggestions on how to get my book giveaway going? I keep getting that Goodreads does not recognize my ISBN. However, it is registered, but for some reason it does not understand that. I have tried getting answers but seem to hit a roadblock with this. It is the correct ISBN number and I am using dashes to separate

1. This has nothing to do with adding new books.

2. Librarians cannot help with giveaways. Contact support.

3. Your name is against policy. please change it back. Janet's name is already on the books.
