Buenos días El libro "Primero dormir y después soñar" es de un autor llamado Néstor Sánchez. Primero dormir, después soñar: Un libro para comprender el insomnio(https://www.goodreads.com/book/show/8...)

El tema es que hay otro autor argentino, con el mismo nombre, al que también se le asigna este libro, y no es correcto. De hecho, los libros sobre alimentación y salud en general no corresponden al Néstor Sánchez argentino, si no al nutricionista español. Os mando el enlace a su reseña en la editorial por si es útil.

#2 (now #1) moved everything that was obvious (https://www.goodreads.com/author/show..., and some items on other pages as well). Potentially some of these books are not the same person still though.
