Audiobook Automatically Populating > Likes and Comments

For some reason, the audiobook version of this book has been pulled into my account and automatically added. There is no need for it to be here, there is already a version of this book under my name and it's confusing to readers. This hasn't happened with any of my other audiobooks. Can someone delete it? Thank you!
