New book not connected to my profile > Likes and Comments

My new book is not connected to my profile and Goodreads won't seem to let me add it. Help please!

Please only use this folder when a new book needs to be added.

I thought that is what I was asking for. But if not here, where should this problem be posted?

Book Issues
The book was already on Goodreads.

But it is not attached to my author profile. And when I tried to add it, it wouldn't let me. So if not here, where do I ask about that problem?
