So sorry! I discovered when I uploaded an updated version (I adjusted front matter of the book) I uploaded the incorrect file for the actual book of an earlier version before all edits were complete. I'm so sorry you did not get the polished version. I have uploaded the correct version and Amazon should have an update soon!
