Indi Young Thank you Norbert! It is indeed a mindset shift.

I agree that the data synthesis is as important as the listening. It's where teams continue to grow their understanding of people's interior cognition.

It would make for a big book of its own. I have two online courses that cover the data synthesis. I chose to make the courses instead of the books so I can include exercises, quizzes, and tons of examples. Hopefully these two courses (part one and part two) will be the second step for those who want to know how to handle the data. (The courses are on my website, indiyoung.com)

Once a year I also run Live Practice with a cohort to encourage group learning in conjunction with these two courses.

There doesn't seem to be many applied courses available to the public that cover qualitative data synthesis, so I am trying to help folks build this practice. <3

Indi Young The data synthesis is available now, however it's a course instead of a book. I understood from my audience that learning data synthesis is easier with richer tools than just the printed page. :) The course is available on the website indiyoung.com (aka datasciencethatlistens.com)
