"We cannot selectively numb emotions; when we numb the painful emotions, we also numb the positive emotions." -Brené Brown.
Life threw me some serious curveballs that made me rethink everything, leading me to a question that sounds almost crazy at first:
What if suffering truly were our greatest gift?
It goes against how we usually feel – we want to avoid pain, naturally. But I started wondering... what if the toughest times we face are actually where our greatest strength is born?
Could hardship somehow lead to growth, purpose, or a deeper understanding of what matters? Is it possible that getting through the fire makes us stronger, maybe even better, than before?
